Engaged Community Care
Engaged community care started in 2020 and began its roots through a collaboration of professionals in the health & disability services and also hospitality industries. Many having been a part of various not-for-profit and disability support services organisations, have had many years and experience in the disability support industry.
The common goal from the team was to provide a service that further engaged the requirements of the clients to specific outcomes that would result in the individual growth and satisfaction from the individuals and carers.
